What is our first step?
You need to sign an agency contract with us. Then we will negotiate our partner bank on your behalf

Are provisions of the federal laws Nos. 290 and 54 "On using of cash registers" contemplated?
We are not sale agents, our service is in receiving money and notifying the seller. After the notification a shop shall send an electronic receipt to the buyer and its copy—to the tax office. Meanwhile, our partner bank can operate an online cash register, so when selling via CARTIS the receipts are issued automatically.

What are the technical requirements?
We shall negotiate a technological solution. It can be either standard or customized. The principal issues to negotiate are:

• categories and their organization;
• kinds of advertizing on social networks;
• assigning items to CARTIS tags;
• ways to upload Item IDs into CARTIS;
• delivery options, their price and calculator.


The negotiation can be held by any representative of yours who knows the assortment of your items and is privy to the key features of your sales.


How will we receive orders?
The orders will be sent to mobile application of your salesperson. An order is received only when a customer has paid for it (or the money is frozen). The order receipt should be confirmed and the item shipped by one of the chosen delivery services. The trackability of the delivery with its track number or confirmability with delivery note is essential.

How responsibility for the deal is allocated?
We are responsible for receiving money from the Customers, for notification of the Seller and for transferring the money to the Seller upon notification that his obligations are fulfilled.

In the event of order cancellation or claims laid by the Customer: :

  • If the money has not been transferred from the Customer's card and (in most cases) before completing the money transfer to you, we immediately refund the Customer and cancel the order, with no extra fee.
  • If the item has been delivered but not received by the Customer, we will notify you on cancellation of the order. In this case, the delivery shall be canceled but the Customer may be still charged for the shipment compensation.
  • If the item has been received by the Customer but the money not transferred to you yet (we allow up to two days to confirm absence of claims on the part of the Customer) we consider the claim together. Most probably, we will require packing at the post office and then return the money to you.
  • If the settlement with you is complete, we will receive and track the claim but it is you who is responsible for the resolution of the dispute.

In some cases, we will transfer funds to you before the delivery is complete. In this case, it is you who is responsible for refund of a cancelled order (from the time of receiving the funds).
